What else can we offer you during your stay at West Pusehill Farm Cottages?

Well, the family have lived at Pusehill for four generations. Becky and Martin, who will be your hosts, currently live in the farmhouse. Their local knowledge and contacts mean there is nothing they can't find out and help you with.

The 40 ft.heated swimming pool has plenty of room for sunbathing, facing due south it catches the sun all day. From here the view to the west up the Kenwith Valley, across Bideford Bay to Clovelly, 8 miles away, is absolutely stunning.

The children's play area is where the humans are penned in and the animals look on. In the same part of the paddock is the barbeque, along with some picnic tables for eating and garden chairs for the odd G. & T.

The animals is where Becky changes her hat and becomes the "Pied Piper" - taking the children each morning to help at feeding time. 20 chickens - all have names, an assortment of goats and of course Rodney - Trotter that is, a third of a ton pig who talks to you.

15 acres of farm land, where you can walk the "doggies", fly a kite or just sit in the hedge and contemplate life with a glass of cider. Talking of having a drink there's the...

Pig on the Hill a country inn right on your doorstep. Open all year - the only meal you have to cook is breakfast. Don't worry Dad, they also sell some of the finest real ales in the country.

However if you feel the need to stray a little further there's a public footpath across the fields leading to Cornborough Cliffs and the coastal footpath in one direction and eventually into Bideford the other. Kipling Tors at the top of Pusehill has a footpath leading to Westward Ho! (only three quarters of a mile).

Put all this together and what have you got - a perfect holiday.
